If you no longer need your Jotform subscription, you can cancel it by downgrading your plan to the Free plan. Jotform makes it easy to manage your subscription from your Account Settings, where you can review your current plan and choose to downgrade.
Cancelling your subscription only takes a few steps. Here’s what to do:
- On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page.
- Then, in the menu that opens, click on Settings to open your Account Settings page in a new browser tab.
- Next, in the menu on the left, click on Billing.
- Then, in the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.
- Now, at the bottom of the Starter (Free) Plan, click on Downgrade.
- Then, in the What Happens if You Downgrade Your Plan window, review the changes that will apply to your account and click on No Thanks, Continue to Downgrade.
That’s it! You’ve successfully requested to downgrade your Jotform subscription to the Free plan.
Note
- You’ll continue to have access to your current plan’s features until your plan changes to the Free plan.
- If you purchased your Jotform subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you’ll need to cancel it through the respective platform instead. See these guides about Google Play’s Cancellation Instructions or Apple’s Cancellation Instructions for more info.

Be careful this is easy to get a subscription but to cancel it before you know you have clicked the wrong button and are charged with a new subscription.

i have no response to being able to access account data. today the yearly subscription was taken out $750AUS and have tried to cancel previously and no response and tonight the same I would like the money refunded or even a response would be good.

After this charge, my account was closed/suspended for one year and I can no longer access my account or the billing page.
