There are many different situations where assigning forms can be useful. If you’re a team leader and you need your team to collect information, you can create a form and then assign it to your team members.
It’s easy to keep track of your assignees’ submissions from the Form Builder as shown below:
- Go to the Publish tab.
- Click on Assign Form on the left panel.
- Open on the assignee list.
- Click the kebab menu on the right side of the line that lists the assignee whose submissions you want to see.
- Select View Submissions from the menu.
