I am not able to download the images stored in the form?

    user quote has exceeded it says and not allowing to download the images previously stored.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your account, its status is "Overlimit". You have reached your allowed maximum upload storage space of 100 MB for Free plan. Once your account is set to overlimit, you won't be able to download your file uploads. Your forms are also disabled so no new submissions will be received.

    If you wish to increase your upload space, you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan. If you do not wish to upgrade, you can free up your upload space by deleting submissions with file uploads on them, however please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers without any backup.

    I also advise that you take advantage of our integrations related to 3rd party storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive and Box.com so that your succeeding submission data with the file uploads will also be uploaded on your external account. Here are the guides that might help:
