Up until about a month ago, I was receiving email notifications when someone submitted one of our forms. This is no longer the case, so I am wondering what has happened here? It is not a good thing for me to be missing the notices that someone has contacted me.

Hey FAS2011,
While I was checking your mail history and saw that "customerservice@feathersandspikes.com" was in our bounce list for a while (At least after March 29 2017).
Despite that fact, both of your mails ("james@feathersandspikes.com" and "customerservice@feathersandspikes.com") are not in our bounce/block list currently which means you should not have any problem with receiving email notifications at the moment.
In order to decrease the chance of recurrence of same problem, you may carry out some actions which are explained in the pages below.
