If someone submits a form, can I respond to them via a different form?

I want staff to use a form to be able to request a volunteer.  Then I want to respond to them with the details of what I am doing to procure a volunteer. For example, I want to tell them that I sent an email to request volunteers, and that John Smith will be there when they requested. How can I do that via JotForm?

Also, when I look at the monthly plans, the Free one says "5 forms". Does that mean I can create 5 distinct forms each month? So the submissions means that the same form can be filled out and submitted 100 times in a month?

Can I download the submitted forms?

You can actually set an autoresponder email in your form. The autoresponder is the email alert that your user will receive automatically after completing the form. You can customize the content of the email using the email editor. Please check this guide: Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email.

Under the Free plan, you can only have 5 forms total. It is not per month. You need to delete a form if you want to add another one.

The submissions are counted as a total as well. This means that you can only receive 100 submissions per month on your account. For example, you have 5 forms and each form have 20 submissions, then you reached the limit of 100 submissions.

You need to wait for the counter to reset back to 0. It resets back to 0 every 1st day of the month.

Can I download the submitted forms?
