Добрый день!
У меня на сайте www.mueslimix.com.ua, когда открываешь форму jotform
"собери микс" на смартфоне, то она не загружается полностью, с ней нет
возможности работать, нельзя выбрать и отметить товар. Почему так? На
компьютере все работает!

I did check your website but could not locate the embedded form with which you are having this issue with in mobile devices. I would suggest you to please share the direct webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

From what I understand, your embedded web form does not work well on mobile phone. The form works fine when I check it with Android phone, but it feels very slow on iPhone.

If this is the case, you may consider:

1) Using a direct form link instead of your custom embedding method.

2) Trying a lightbox embed code.

3) Troubleshooting the issue with your website developer.

You can also try adding a fresh version of our iFrame embed code to see if that makes any difference.

Getting the Form iFrame Code

It seems that you are currently using an old version of our iFrame code.

It seems you have embedded form in home page of your website.

You need to edit your webpage where you have embedded your form and replace the existing iFrame embed code with the fresh iFrame embed code.
