    Hi JotForm,

I need to embed a form into my Webydo website with three fields for Forename, Surname, and E-mail address etc. However when the user clicks submit after entering their details, I need the 'submit' button to display a message such as 'successful' and then automatically direct the user to a custom URL. I also need a way of seeing all the gathered data for my form, do you store these into a database? Or can you e-mail me the details of every submission automatically?

I also need my form to be optimised for mobile if I choose to incorporate it into my Webydo website, with preferably quick loading times. Thanks!

    Regards,

    Mark Baker.

    Hello Mark,

All submissions that you receive are stored on JotForm's database. You should be able to see the submissions by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

Normally, each form has its own email notification email alert settings. This email alert is responsible for sending you emails of the submitted information once you have received one. You can check this guide to know more: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

For your thank you page concern, I suggest that you create your own thank you page with a timer that shall redirect the person to a different page after receiving a successful message. Here is a guide that discusses about redirecting users to custom URL thank you pages: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

Additionally, the forms created here are likewise mobile responsive.  Thus, automatically adjusting the layout if it's viewed via a mobile device.

For the intention of embedding forms, I suggest to try using the iframe embed code method. However, there are other embed form methods which you can choose. You can check out this guide to know more: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

If I am misunderstanding anything, please let us know.
