Im just trying them out.
I dont want to commit to an entire year.Don't you have some monthly plans for someone new?

Hi CHRIS,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, we do have monthly subscription that you can take advantage. It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

I dont want that.
I'll pay you monthly. how do I make that happen?

Thanks for getting back to us. Once you're on the Upgrade/Billing page, you can select monthly at the top:
On the payment page, you can also select your payment schedule there:

In your email graphic, I see a choice of Monthly or Yearly.
As you can clearly see, in the screenshot that Ive attached here, those choices are just not there.

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that the screenshot that you provided is not sent properly. Can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can upgrade your account to any of the plans available. You can stop the auto-renewal of your subscription by canceling it. Your subscription won't be impacted, and it will be finished on schedule. You can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
