How to switch my payment integration from Stripe to Square?

I am creating a 5K race form. How do I attach the payment method to a Square account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Integrating a Square account with your form is easy. Let me walk you through it:

• In Form Elements, open the Payments tab on the top left side of the page and then click on Square.
• In the Square Integrations field on the right side of the page, click on Square Connect to connect your Square account (if you want to do a test, choose Test Mode).

• Next, scroll down and click on Additional Gateway Settings.
• Toggle Authorization Only to the On position.
• Now, just click on Continue and that's it. You're done.

Hello. We did do the following and actually looked at the video as well. Everything is blocked out grayed but not Stripe.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The other payment integration options are grayed out because the form is already integrated into Stripe and we can only add one payment integration per form. You can simply switch to Square integration. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the Form Elements window, go to Payments.
2. Look for your current payment integration and click on the Three Dots icon.
3. Select Switch to another gateway.
4. Select Square from the options.
5. Click on the Use Selection button.

I went to form elements and clicked on Square. It won't let me go any further than that. It gives me the symbol that it is not available. So now what do I do?

Hi Vickie,

Thanks for getting back to us. The other payment gateways are grayed out because you already have selected a payment gateway in your form which is Stripe. If you'd like to use Square, you will have to switch the payment gateway. You can switch it by following the instructions provided by my colleague in this reply
