How jotform works after user submitted the form

Is there a respresentative that I can speak with to understand how jotform works?

Can I email my clients a jotform form and can they email it back to me?

I've never used on-line fillable forms before, so I'm trying to understand it.

You can send your forms link through email. Once the user is done, you will receive a notification email and you can view your results in Jotform Submissions table.

Does Jotform offer legally binding e-signatures on its forms?

I see that you offer 10 signatures per month on your free subscription. Does that mean that only ten people can sign a document a month or does it mean that I can have 10 places on my forms where signatures are required per month.

My business is a small art school. Am I eligible for the educational discount?

Thanks for getting back to us. Jotform offers a feature called Jotform Sign where your users can put their e-signature. IT is UETA compliant and is legally binding in a great many countries, including the U.S.

For your account limits, Free account only has 10 signed documents limits. That means you can only receive 10 submissions of signed documents or for 10 users only. We have guide here that can help you understand your Account Usage and Limits. We also offer other plans that have a much larger limit here.
