How can I clear submission limit?

    Hi! Is there a way to clean up submissions? We've reached out monthly limit and it hurts our businesses performance. We've already reached out to sales but nearest call available is only after 2 weeks.
    We need solution asap as it's hurting our business.

    Hi Danielius,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can delete your form submissions? Please try to download your submissions as a backup before deleting them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSVExcel, or PDF format and download your data.

    Hi Waqas,

    We cleared 3 tables with over 2000 submissions but we see only 300 were deducted from our monthly submissions. Are we doing something wrong?
    Also, is there a way to expedite upgrade of the account?

    Hi Waqas,

    How we can increase our submission limits promptly?
    Sales rep that contacted us has only availability in mid April. It's not suitable for us.

    Also, how long does it take for the submissions to be recalculated after tables are cleaned?

    Hi Danielius,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Keep in mind that submissions are recalculated immediately if they are deleted, and you can clear your form caches as an additional aid.

    Waqas,

    I do not believe they are.
    We cleared approximately 5000 submissions from our tables and forms.
    But we see only 900 entries decrease in monthly submissions.
    Please advive.

    Also, please help us to connect with sales as we are awaiting confirmation on plan upgrade

    Hi Danielius,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your submissions and when I recalculated, it went from 9,100 down to 8,446. I also like to clarify if you did delete them from the Trash entries, if not yet, please try to do so using this user guide.

    To verify, did you try contacting our Enterprise Sales Team using this form? Are you planning to upgrade to Enterprise?

    Hi Danielius,

    Thanks for getting back. Deleting and purging the submission from tables can only decrease your Upload Limit. We can not reset your monthly Submission count by deleting these submissions. Monthly submission limit counts the number of submissions you receive every month, and this limit resets automatically on the date when the account was created.

    To increase the Submission count, you'll need to upgrade the plan to Enterprise by contacting our Sales team. You can contact our Enterprise Sales Team by submitting a request here.

    We've also requested help with upgrading our accounts since your sales rep is only available in mid April, and we need to resolve this limitations asap
