    Thanks for contacting Jotform support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I cloned both of your forms and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencasts below:

Image 2 Screenshot 41 I also checked your mail logs and I can confirm that all the notifications are properly sent from our end. In case it's still not showing in your inbox, please check your Spam folder as well. I've also noticed you're using our default noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email, which might be getting blocked by your email provider due to the volume of emails sent. To address this, please check our guide on unblocking notifications and whitelist Jotform's IP address. Alternatively, switching to your own SMTP sender for email notifications can prevent these from happening, ensuring you receive all notifications without issue.
