Dear support, my wife who uses jot forms on her website, www.physiotherapybangor.co.uk has received email telling her that, she cannot longer receive payments via the form
I have logged in this evening in order to add her payment details. Strangely, it appears that we have no forms. I am confused. Can you please help?

I checked the website (http://physiotherapybangor.co.uk/) you provided and I did not find any embedded JotForm.
I checked the email address (email@example.com) and it is associated with the account username (saufen).
If your wife is a free account, the payment submission she can receive per month is only 1. After that, the form will be disabled and the account will be over the limit. The two option to enable the forms and account are upgrading the account or wait for the monthly limit reset every first day of the month. To upgrade the account, please log in to the account and follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
Please take note that payment submission comes from form with payment integration or an order form.
Please provide any of the followings so we can check the account of your wife:
- direct form link created in the account
- account username
- email address registered to the account
