Receiving Notice to Upgrade

    Hi there,

    Why do i have a notice to upgrade?

    I am on the silver plan.

    Hi Shireen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the “You have almost reached monthly signed documents limit” notice? If so, I can see in your account that you are nearing the Signed Monthly limit. Keep in mind that the monthly Signed Documents is the total number of signing processes completed from all your Sign documents your account can have every month. So if you use Signature fields without needing to enable the Jotform Sign, your signatures won't count toward your monthly Signed Documents limit. But in any case, if you have reached or exceeded your Signed Monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset, which happens on the first day of your limit reset period, or you upgrade your account to increase your limits.
