HI there,
My plan is saying I've maxed out and I need to upgrade, however I only have 4 forms and very little submissions. Can you please offer me feedback?

Hi Hope,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I checked your account and saw that your upload space has already exceeded the 100 MB limit. It's currently at 104.32 MB. You can either upgrade to a higher plan to increase your limits, wait for the monthly limits to reset every 1st day of the month, or delete some submission data from your Jotform account.
If you choose to delete some submission entries, I suggest downloading them first, as they can no longer be restored once purged. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Jotform Tables, click on Download All in the upper-right corner of the table.
2. Choose your desired file format from the menu to begin the download process.
For both CSV and Excel, the download will start automatically once your file is ready. For PDF, a zip file will be created and sent to your registered email address.
Once done downloading, here's how you can delete the file attachment alone:
1. Still in Jotform Tables, click on the file attachment that you need to delete.
2. Click the uploaded document, and click on the trash bin icon.
3. Click on Delete File(s).
Lastly, you can purge them to complete free up your upload space. Let's do it:
1. Click on the three vertical dots on the main tab, and select Trashed Entries.
2. Tick Select All, and click on Delete Forever. Click on Delete to confirm.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
