Good afternoon,
I am having issues in the approval flow application. sometime when approving an application we get hit with an error message. some users have found that using incognito mode helps reduce the number of errors but does not remove it completely.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're getting an intermittent error when you try to approve or deny in Approval Flows. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screenshot below:
I've cleared your form caches. Please clear your browser cache and cookies, and try again. If you run into the same issue again, take a screenshot of the console report so we can check it further.
