Unable to receive an Email Autoresponder

    It is not being sent from past 2 weeks. Please check all the latest submission ids.


    When iam testing the email still it is not working

    Hello BookLeaf Publishing, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having an issue with the Email Notification. I checked your Publishing Agreement form and found that it didn't have an Email notification which is why you are not receiving an email with a PDF attached. Let me show you how to add an Email Notification:

    • IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Now, click on Add an Email.

    • Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
    • Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

    Now, you or your respondents will get an Email Notification/Autoresponder and a PDF attachment after they fill out your form. We also have a guide about Setting Up Autoresponder Emails and How to Include Submissions as PDF Attachment in the Email Notifications that you can check out.

    Its already there please dont give rubbish answers to the queries with out properly checking it what is the issue.

    All the setting are available on all the three forms still the pdf attachements are not sent? Now how to send them? For the missed one and rectify for the new one.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry for the confusion. It looks like that you're having an issue with the Email Autoresponder instead of the Email Notification. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I've cleared your form cache. Can you please test your form to see if it makes any difference? If the form is embedded on a website, please also share the web page link where the form is embedded.

    Iam unable to see your screenshot where are you guys sharing the screenshot. I requested for a screenshot of your email with PDF attachement still no one shared that by testing on our forms

    For writing challenge India and International there is another PDF sheet that is not being sent i have requested to check that pdf sheet not the same for all the three?
