Account Limit: Upload Space Reached Its Limit

    Hello How come my usage is finished ??? I delete forms and delete them from the trash and still the usage is finished ??

    Hi Nacelle,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you're having difficulties with this. I've checked your account and noticed that you have reached your upload space limit. You mentioned that you deleted the trashed entries, so I refreshed your account on our end and your upload space limit is now 593.22 M.B/1GB.

    After purging/deleting trashed entries permanently, please clear your form caches, then log out and log in back from your account. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
