Upload space: Usage and limits

    Hello, All,

    I would like to take a subscription for a yearly plan I just wanted to know if every month the 1 GB Available Space will be reversed back to 1 GB or how it works and what the Upload space is related to this.

    Can you please assist or you can call me its easier at 647-834-1720

    Hi sultanstoneacc,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Upload Space of 1 GB is the total usage limit allowed space or the number of an item your account can use. This is not a monthly usage limit that resets every month.

    To free up your upload space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads. Let me show you how:

    Before proceeding with the steps, please download the submissions, as it will be permanently deleted.

    1. In Jotform Tables, check the submissions you want to delete.
    2. Click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the screen.
    3. Click on the Three-dots located on the tab in the upper left of the screen, and then click on the Trashed entries.
    4. Click on Select All, click on Delete Forever, and then click on Delete.

    That's it, your submissions are permanently deleted.

    I have deleted all but still, I can see this, as I have logout and login back.

    Hi sultanstoneacc,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry that you're having difficulties with your account limits. I've gone ahead and recalculated your limits and cleared your form cache, so you should be able to access your forms now without any issues. Can you check it from your side and confirm if the limits have reset? Also, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies to make sure everything is refreshed properly.
