Form Over Quota: it is saying were over quota no longer showing form

    we are not , we were out of storage I just cleared space but it did not update on the website and still doesn't show the form

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. I recalculated your Account Submissions, and it is now showing 67/1,000. I also reactivated your account. Can you recheck it if you can now open your forms? We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

    please help I appreciate your time ! Potential clients can not currently submit info to us its terrible

    Hi RETHINKYOURINK,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry that this is happening. I've reviewed your account, and you're already below your account limit. I've cleared your form cache. Additionally, if you've deleted your submissions, don't forget to purge them to completely free up your form space. Before purging your submissions, I recommend downloading your past submissions. Let me walk you through on how to purge your past submissions:

    1. In Form Tables page, select the 3 dots located at the top left of your screen.
    2. Select Trashed entries, select the entries you want to purge or you can Select All.
    3. Now, Click on Delete Forever Button.

    After completing these steps, please try accessing your form again. It would be also beneficial to clear your browser cache.
