After editing a entered form, does the person who submitted the form get the autoresponder email?

This will depend on your form settings, you can check if your form has an email autoresponder on the settings tab, emails section of the form builder:
If you need to delete it, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
If you need to add it up, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
I hope this helps.

The email will be sent initially when the user submits the form, I forgot to mention on my previous reply that the send on edit option is turned off by default on the email settings, you may enable it on the advanced settings of the email wizard:
Now, I'm not sure if you would like to send the email just when you're editing the submission, is this correct?
If so, then you will need to add the get form page URL widget and a condition to send the email (the send on edit option still need to be turned on).
The widget can be found here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

This guide will also help you finding the email field's name that you will need to use on the "Email" section of the condition: https://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-Find-Field-IDs-and-Names
