I see that you have 5 forms in your account.
Can you please tell us what is the Form URL that you are having these problems with? This way we can analyze the form submissions and emails and we will be able to assist you properly.
Thank you.

I believe you are talking about this email that was submitted to that form.
https://www.jotform.com/emails/5abbc7936eded44aec5872dc
(Note: you must be logged in to your account to see that email)
Submission-ID: 3980649635818671628The empty fields in that email have not been filled by the user, as you can see in the submissions page.
The fields that you think are duplicated are not really duplicated. The user has just typed the same data in those fields.
I noticed that the option to HIDE Empty Fields is set to NO in the Advanced Settings of the Notification Email for that form.
This means that the fields that have not been filled by the user will still show in the email and it does not mean that information is missing. If you want to hide empty fields, set that option to YES. Make sure you Save the changes.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

vforoughiReplied on April 4, 2018 at 10:43 PMThanks, I'll change that but I am not sure if that will solve the problem
with the emails we recieve..
I have attached 2 pair of jpeg files (total 4) from 2 different section of
the SAME form. *Part A* jpeg files shows the email response we get to *Part
A Original* (jpeg of a section of original form that the client sees). The red
square is their response and the blue square is the actual form they see.
Note that *"Occupation"* question appear twice and *"marital Status"* is
missing. The answers *ARE CORRECT* in the email we receive because the
clients see the correct question (in the blue square in FORM PART A
ORIGINAL jpeg attached)
The second pair of jpegs show a second section where a question has been
duplicated in the response and another one has been replace by "TYPE A
QUESTION". Again, the responses are corrected because the client see the
right question in the original form (blue square) but we get the wrong
question in the email (in the red square).
I hope this explains it.
Thanks for your help.

I'm afraid that we didn't receive your images since our forum doesn't support receiving them from email directly.
Please follow this guide to insert screenshots to our Support thread: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
Thank you!

I recommend creating a new notification email and if the issue still persists, please let us know.
If you do not want to create a new notification, try to fix or edit the email content to avoid the duplicates. Here's a screenshot sample of the "occupation" duplicate:
I hope this information helps. Thank you.
