It says that i've used up all of my capacity but i've deleted a ton and it still says full. Is there a way to get some assistance?

    Hi Elk,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your upload space, but it still shows 102.00/100 MB, which is more than your plan limit. You'll need to delete and purge the submissions from the table to clear this space. Let me show you how you can delete the submissions from Trash:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.
    • In Submission Table, click on the Three Dots icon in the first tab located at the left top of the table.
    • Click on Trash Entries, and in the menu that opens on the right side of the screen, click on Select All.
    • Click on Delete Forever, and select Delete.

Once you have deleted the submissions from trash, you can clear your form cache to fix the issue.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

There is nothing in there, also we only have two forms out of 5, and our
    total submissions are 11/500?

    Hi Elk,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. I recalculated your Form Uploads and it is still 102.00MB. Can you check again if your Trash is already empty? If not, then here are the steps to purge your submissions:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Builder option in the top left corner of the page.
    2. Click on the Tables.Upload Limit reached I have already deleted submissions Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. Click the three-dot icon to open the main tab’s menu and select the Thrashed entries option.
    4. Click the Select All check box.
    5. Click the Delete Forever button.
    6. Click the Delete button Upload Limit reached I have already deleted submissions Image 2 Screenshot 51

After you click the Delete button, all the entries will be purged from your form.

After you purge the submissions on both forms, please check again if the Form Uploads value updates or not. If the issue still exists, can you send a screenshot that both of your forms have emptied their trash folders? Here's how to do it:

    • Open the thread in your browser. If you got a reply via email, there should be a button at the bottom that says View this thread. Click that button to open your thread in a new tab.

    • Once you open your thread, scroll down until you see the Your Answer section.
    • This is where you will reply. Click the Add Image button.
    • Next, paste the image URL or upload the image from your PC. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.

    Hi Elk,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. I checked your account and found out that you still have trash entries on your form. Please see the screenshot below:

Can you please try to follow the steps I provided in my previous reply on both of your forms so we can purge those trashed entries and make space for your Form Uploads? If the issue still exists after purging those deleted entries, reach us again so we can recalculate the Form Uploads on your account.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Elk,

Thanks for getting back to us. Upon checking your account, your Upload Space limit indeed still shows that you reached the limit. I have manually recalculated it, and it's now updated and shows the correct value of 58.32 MB / 100.00 MB.

We are a non-profit school so the pricing is very steep for us, we are just
trying to use it for minimal school activities and not too often. The
accounts and usage limits shows similar to what we use regularly but for
some reason ours still showed it being full even with the bars being
extremely low, two forms, 11/500 forms etc.

    Hi Elk,

Thanks for getting back to us. The reason why your Upload Space limit is still a little bit high even after you delete and purge trashed entries is because I found that there are still 27 file uploads associated with the Reimbursement Request form.

Keep in mind that the Upload Space limit does not reset monthly, unlike your other Monthly limits. The only way to free up space as what my colleagues suggested above is to Delete and Purge trashed entries or by Upgrading your plan. But make sure to Download first your Form Submissions before taking that action because once you deleted the submission data you can longer retrieve it. Also, it is calculated base on file size of the uploaded file.

If you would like to upgrade, We offer a discount of up to 50% off to nonprofit organization. You can apply for the nonprofit pricing using this link.
