I need help mapping a follow up question to a chart option ONLY if Poor is selected not Average or Excellent. Can you help me? I already tried using the form calculations widget and the conditions.

    Hi Lauren,

Thanks for patiently waiting. Are you mapping the follow-up question What could be improved with your current Salary/Wages to the Salary/Wages result in the Input Table field? If so, you can add a short answer field and then hide it in the form. You will also create an update/calculate field logic to calculate the values in the input table. Also, you will assign calculation values in the Input table label as Poor, Average, Excellent as values. Let me show you how:

    I. Add a short answer field and hide it in the form.

    1. In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the left-side of the page.
    2. Drag and drop the short text field into the form.
    3. Click the gear icon and go to Advanced tab.
    4. Toggle the slider to ON for Hide Field option.

II. Assign calculation values in the Input table field.

    1. In Form Builder, click the input table field and click the gear icon.
    2. Go to Options tab and Enter the values to be used in the calculation. Values such as Poor, Average, Excellent.

III. Set up the Update/calculation logic to calculate the values in the input table.

    2. Go to Conditions tab and click Add New Condition, then select Update/Calculate Field.
    3. Set up a condition like the ones below.
    4. Click Save to apply the changes.

IV. Set up Show/Hide Conditional logic to show/hide the field if the answer is Poor.

    1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar click Settings.
    2. Go to Conditions tab and click Add New Condition, then select Show/Hide Field.
    3. Set up a condition like the ones below.

This is not working. I followed the directions and the question is still
showing up if I select Excellent on the input table. I only want
the question to show if Poor is selected. Please advise. Thank you.
