When a form is filled out where does it go?  Email or do I have to login to see what has been submitted?

The submitted data is stored on our servers. You can view your data on the submissions page of your form:

You can also receive data to your email address when a form is submitted by setting up the Email Notification. By default, each form has the Email Notification. Default recipient email address of the Notification is the email address of your account.
