Ability to import a bulk email list to share forms via email.

Hello - is there a way to add and send bulk emails using the free version?

Now, if you would like to send bulk emails, then you may use the daily digest app which will send you a digest of email notifications received during the configured schedule: https://apps.jotform.com/app/daily_digest

We’re not looking for email notifications or a daily summary. I’m asking if there’s a way to add a list of email addresses so that we can send the same form to an entire group of clients at one time instead of adding their emails individually.

Ok, you can share the form via email and send it to multiple email addresses at the same time, this can be done through the publish wizard, more details about it on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/303-How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email

Now, this feature has a limit which is: 

PAID accounts : limit is 1000/day

Free and Guest accounts  :  20 /day

You may also share the form from your email server (example: Outlook, Gmail and the like) and only use the JotForm URL.

Yes, I know you can send it multiple email addresses, but is there a way to
add a bulk email list to the system so you don’t have to manually input each
individual email address? For example, we can export contact information
from our CRM, and we’d like to import that information into jotform and be
able to use that bulk email list for current and future forms we create.

Ok, unfortunately, there is no way to import a list of emails on the publish wizard, I mean, the only way to have multiple email addresses is by manually adding them. 

We may however open a feature request for this if you want, although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this feature will be implemented, we will keep you updated via this thread. 

Ok thank you. I think this would be a great feature to add. Most tools I’m
aware of have a feature like this, so I suggest adding one if you can.
