    I have added recipients but they are not receiving form submissions. They did until September 2019 then it stopped.

    Is the issue related to you Get a Quote form? 

    I inspected the form and it has 4 Notifications. Each Notification has 1 recipient email. Megan's email address is set as the recipient email in two Notification, and she is not receiving the emails because her email address is in the bounce list. Our system gave the following result:

    m***n@c***1.com is IN  the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Mail appears to be unsolicited -- If you have

    I removed the email address from the bounce list.

    The other two Notifications were sent successfully. You can also check the email logs.

    You should also add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists and whitelist our domains and IP addresses.

    Omg that makes perfect sense! We did get a new spam blocker service. Thank you so much for helping us figure it out
