Good evening,
I am trying to make one of my forms also display the text boxes I have on my form when it emails it to the person filling it out upon completion. For some reason all the other fields are there except the text boxes I wrote things on the form. Can these be added to the emails that go out in the body of the email as well? Also is there a way to make it email them a PDF they can print with all the information including the text fields and if I upload photos to the form or they upload photos to the form, so that they all show up on the email in a printable PDF?
Please advise.
Thanks,
John

To display the static texts within the email content, you may customize the email template and add it in there.

To also send a PDF copy, please see this guide:
Same as your email template, you can also customize the PDF submission report:
