For file uploads, you can enable the "Send Uploads to FTP" option in submissions page or follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Send-Submission-Data-File-Upload-via-FTP.
If you want to send all the submission data, you may try integrating with the following:
Google Drive — https://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive
Dropbox — https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm

Hi there - I just tested the sending Uploads to FTP and can confirm that the entire submission is included in the transfer.
Give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.
