Can 2 signatures be added into the form?

    Hi,

Is there a way we can add 2 signatures onto one form? We need the person filling out the form to sign and then we also need a signature from a different person on the same form. Please let me know if there's a way we can have 2 different people both signing one form.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for reaching support,

Yes, you may add multiple signatures on the form, you may choose an alternative widget Smooth Signature as well.

Here is the related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/433-how-to-add-an-e-signature-to-your-form

Let us know if you have any further questions,

    Best.

How would we be able to add a signature after submission?

I.e. - lease agreement - tenant signs and submits form. How does the owner apply a signature electronically to the same submission? (So there are two signatures on the pdf - download via Jotform?

    Hi there,

It would seem that you intend to accomplish something similar to this workflow: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

You may have to add another signature field and set it to "Hidden" by default, add a Get Page Url Widget and use conditional logic to show the field for the 2nd submitter to fill out.

Please have a look at the guide and let us know if you have any other questions.

We will be more than happy to guide you on how to set it up.

    Awaiting your response.

    Best.

    HI,

I'm going through the link you sent on how to set up a workflow but I don't see the option to choose "edit link" under the email options in step 4.

"4. Add the EDIT SUBMISSION LINK to the Notification template that would be sent to the person in charge of deciding the approval."

Please let me know how I can find this option. Thanks

    Hello,

I checked your account and it is HIPAA compliant. I believe that is the reason why there's no Edit Link to your email alert.

    Here's a normal account screencast:

    Hi,

So since we have the HIPAA compliant account we cannot have 2 different people's signatures on the same form? Or is there another way we can add those.

    Thanks

Due to HIPAA privacy,it is not possible to edit the submission in the form or let other person edit the form without the 2nd person login to the account.

    Hope this information helps.
