    Hi,

I have notification emails set on a condition but for some reason system is not sending out that email when condition is met.

It is sending it out to autoresponders.

Is it possible to have yourself cc in autoresponder emails so you know these emails are sent.

Can't figure out why it is doing so for notification emails.

Is there a limit of email addresses that can be entered as I do have about 32 people which is a necessity of who I need to send it to after condition is confirmed.

    Thanks

    Kirpal

I did check your form and found that you have added condition to send the autoresponder 1 email alert, but you have "Notification 3" email alert which is configured to send emails to 32 recipients. Please check the screenshot below:

Please note that one email alert can only send email to a max 10 recipients. If you want to send emails to 32 recipients, I would suggest you to please add 4 notification email alerts in form where in each email alerts you can add 10 recipients and in the 4th email alert, you can configure 2 recipient email address. The following guide should help you how to add notification email alert in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-setting-up-email-notifications

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists.

I just tried it bringing the list to 10 but no luck still.
Added more notifications emails as suggested.

I've checked a few of your email logs, and everything looks good from our end.

Check if the email is in your spam/junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "not spam" so that it will not be flagged as spam in the future.

Make sure that your email server/provider is not blocking the emails coming from JotForm. If this is the case with your emails, add JotForm to your whitelist.

Check if the Gmail address is receiving the emails. If you do, I would suggest that you try setting up your own SMTP.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Check whether the customer is utilizing a private space name for their email address. Numerous private area names won't get email warnings from WellnessLiving. Attempt to utilize a public space name, for example, Gmail or Hotmail.
