    Please try a different browser or incognito mode and let us know if the issue persists.

    I have cleared your form cache from the server as well.

    Hello Joyce,

    May we ask what make and model of your mobile device?

    Kindly try to uninstall and reinstall the Jotform app to see if it fixes the issue.

    I tried to reinstall the cellphone appl I’ve been using for YEARS on Apple
    model 6S
    It didn’t work!

    I’ve been using my cell for years with no issues.
    My cell is an Apple 6S model.
    I tried to reinstall JotForm cell phone app
    Didn’t work!
    Then when instructed to use a code sent to my email - BOTH codes I wss sent
    didn’t work — and now I CAN’T use any code to verify my account — says I
    tried too many times to login — and I have to wait 2hrs to retry!
    What is going on with your cell phone appl?
    I can only access my JotForm forms on my laptop.
    PLEASE fix this issue. I NEED cell phone access to my forms - STAT!

    If you are attaching files for us to see through email they will not appear for us here, you need to go visit the ticket directly and post them there.

    I also notice that you are posting from an account with no forms on it, are you by chance logged into the wrong account? geraldine.foundation@yahoo.com is the email associated with the account of the form you've linked.

    I’ve been using my cell JotForm app for years.
    I just clicked on the JotForm icon app — login came up automatically - PW
    came up
    I can access my JotForm account on my laptop:
    GFS_nj
    I get notices of submissions to dogsrescuenow@gmail as well as
    geraldine.foundation@yahoo.com

    I have downloaded screenshots showing all the messages I received when I
    tried to login to the JotForm app on my cell phone.
    I’ve been using the cell phone JotForm app for years with no issues - on
    the Apple 6S iPhone I am using.
    Now — I cannot access my JotForm acct on the same cell phone.
    I don’t know what to do. 7 Screenshots were sent to your site that we can
    download screenshots.
    You responded to my email asking me to DOWNLOAD SCREENSHOTS.
    I had already submitted the 7 screenshots to illustrate the login,
    verification and change of password request issue I was having.
    Nothing worked.
    Can you PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP?

    I HAVE followed instructions and sent - downloaded 7 screenshot already -
    TWICE!!
    Can’t you just TRY ZTO LOGIN using a JotForm cell phone app to my account??
    Won’t THAT be the simple way to see what a mess it is right now!

    I'm afraid but can only log in to your account using the browser. We can't log in to the app using your account.
