Downloaded Spreadsheet/CSV: Only display the product selected in the payment field

Also, with the sheet that is created through you guys website is there a way to simplify the square information that is displayed on the sheet? When populating the spreadsheet from there as a downloaded CSV it shows a lot of excess information that makes it hard to read.

Let me know if this makes sense to you or if you need to explain more. So sorry.

Gladly, thank you for your help. The first image is the way the "Square" orders are shown in the "submissions" view.

The second image is how the data is displayed when downloading the spreadsheet (whether I choose CSV, Excel, or PDF).

1635284892 6178779cc58ea Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 21 I'm hoping to simplify the data that is produced in the spreadsheet to reflect the way it appears in the "submissions" view on your website (first image). Thanks!

    Hi there,

The information in the product list field will always appear like this. This field is linked to the payment integration and unfortunately, the data it displays can not be changed.

However, once it is downloaded as an Excel file you can make the changes in it as per your requirement.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks

Just to confirm/clarify. They way the data is shown in the "submissions" view is what we need.1635347840 61796d80c8441 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 10

There is no way to download the sheet/info as it appears above?

    Thanks!

Sorry when you download the submission as excel, you cannot view the items exactly as shown on the tables page.

You may try creating a Grid listing or HTML table listing report if that helps:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/105-how-to-create-a-grid-listing-report/

    https://www.jotform.com/help/209-how-to-create-an-html-table-listing-report/

Otherwise, we can escalate as a feature to check if this is possible on the excel download itself.

Please check and let us know.

Thanks for your ongoing help with this.

I don't believe the Grid is what we are needing.

Yes, it would be so very helpful if upon download, or perhaps even through an integration like Google sheets or something else/another 3rd party integration that can convert the data into a sheet the way it as seen on the "submissions".

Thank you again for all of your help!
