I did check your account and found that you still have 131.94 MB of uploads which is more than the allowed upload limit of free plan which is 100 MB. That is the reason why your account is still over quota and forms are disabled. Here are the list of form and uploaded files:
E-Proposal - Submissions: 26 Uploads: 59
E-Proposal Registration - Submissions: 23 Uploads: 37
Faizul Ridzuan Webinar - Submissions: 2 Uploads: 5
I would suggest you to please delete few more submissions which has file attachment to free up your upload space utilization. The following guide should help you how to delete submissions from form and trashed entries section as well: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data/
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Please note that you need to delete the submissions which has file attachment. I did check your account again and the current upload space utilization is at 131.94 MB.
I would suggest you to please delete submissions which has file attachment and also delete them from the "trashed entries" section as well to clear your upload space.
Hope this helps.

It looks like the count has automatically reset.
The upload space on your account is now at 69 MB.

Dear KhalisJamil2,
Thank you for your reply.
I have checked your account and can see that there is a sufficient amount space in your account - 69 MB which as you can see in the price plan should be sufficient for a free account.
You are also able to confirm this by looking at your total usage for the month: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-understanding-your-account-usage-and-limits/
I have also cleared you cache and tested your forms which now appear to be working
If you have any further questions please let me know
Kind regards,
Francis

Hello Khalis,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is for you. After checking, your account is no longer overlimit, the form should be accessible now. In the future, if you will delete submissions make sure to also delete it from trash to free up some space:
If this has not reduced, you can clear cache to eliminate minor bugs. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
You can also check this guide for more information about clearing caches.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
