How does upload space limit works?

    Hi there,

We're currently struggling with how the upload space on JotForm works.

We have three forms on our account but are only using two of them; there are currently five form submissions separated over the two forms but somehow those five forms have used up 90MB of space? How does that work? How many MB of space does the average form submission take up?

We always trash the submissions when we no longer need them so they don't pile up, but we've somehow almost run out of space with only five submissions. This doesn't seem right and we would appreciate it if someone broke down how the upload space works.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

I can see that you have used 87.48 MB of upload space. The number of your forms or submission does not affect your upload space limit. What affects it is when your form has a file upload field, all files uploaded to your form through the file upload field will take up the Available Space limit.

This limit can be cleared when you delete the submissions in your form with files uploaded in it. Make sure you download your submissions data and the files first for your local copy before deleting them.

    Here are the guides.
