What is the process for executing a BAA and is there an additional charge

I need a HIPAA secured solution. I'll be going with the gold or silver plan. What is the process for executing a BAA and is there an additional charge for that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do not charge additionally for the BAA for HIPAA Compliance account. Jotform’s Business Associate Agreement is automatically generated and sent to your email when you upgrade to HIPAA Compliance. The signed BAA is sent as an attachment with the HIPAA Welcome Email.
