your pop-up option is not what I am looking for and was wondering If there was a more customizable option.
your "pop up" code opens in a separate window, however, for example, your light bulb code is close to pop up but it is still in a new window over my site ...
What I am looking for is an embed code that will allow my form to pop up on my website. is this an option ?
please contact me for clarification

Hi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I think what you are looking for should be the Lightbox embed code as shown below:
Check out this guide about How to Create a Lightbox Form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

unfortunately, it is not what I am looking for...
I am looking for the form to popup from the side of the website, not to open up in a separate box

Hi Jason,
Do you want to have a link that, when clicked, will open a pop-up window on the website? If so, this is already the behavior by default when you create a pop-up embedded form in Jotform. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so we can help you better? What do you mean by a pop-up from the side of the website? Sharing screenshots and your website URL can help tremendously.
We can move forward with a solution as soon as we hear back from you.

The best example I can give your right now is this pop-up from best buy .. I don't want it pop up in a separate window like your pop-up code or lightbox, I want it to look like it lives on the website and not separate..
my goal is for it to pop up from the side or bottom of my website

Hi cornerstonewealth,
Based on your example, the Lightbox Embed is the correct embed type to use to embed your form on your webpage. Lightbox embed does not pop up in a new window, unlike the Pop-up embed type.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Lightbox is close but not exactly what I am looking for… I am looking for a pop up window like this! Is this possible? Could my web design be able to modify the embed code? Please advise. TIA

Hello Jason,
Thank you for providing screenshots, this made the request clear. This can be possible and achieved by following the guide and a demo video from this link. This will help you to embed the form that you created on a website and allow the users to fill it out from a pop-up box.
I hope this is the one that you are looking for. Let us know how it goes on your end.

Hello Jason,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For the form to have the same appearance and feel as on the provided website, that can be easily implemented with custom JS/CSS coding. So, yes, that can be done with our forms. Let me make you a demo.
Your patience is most appreciated.

Hi,
The link Amin provided is just an uploaded HTML file on our server, you would have to save the HTML file and edit it into your website. You can however create a custom URL for your form, here is a guide on How to Create a Custom URL of a Form?
Let us know if you need any more help.

Thanks, I know how to create a custom link, my question is how do I create the custom form slide link provided in the demo, because it will not allow me to use the "/" or "." and it does not work ..
I am looking to create a custom form slide link just like in the demo for my form name "Getting Started Means Getting More Information"...

Hello Jason,
Thank you for waiting, we appreciate your patience. I consulted with my colleague and to achieve this, it requires custom coding on your website, and you would need a developer for that.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
