    Hi MrWaterUSA,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Jotform doesn't have a direct integration with Quickbooks, but this can be done using a middleman platform, with a simple integration offered by Zapier to connect QuickBooks and Jotform. Your forms can then be used to send invoices, purchase orders, payment information and more; and the data will be automatically populated in your QuickBooks account. It's easy to set up, here's how to do it:

    • You need a Zapier account for this. After logging into Zapier, open this link, and then click on the Connect Jotform + Quickbooks Online button.

Then start filling out the asked information.

As to your second question about collecting payments, yes, it is possible. On payment forms, payments will be processed by the Payment Processors. Payment will be between the form owner and the payment gateway used in the form. For example, if you choose PayPal as your form's payment gateway, then as the user submits the form, it will pass the information to PayPal to validate it and process the payment. You'll then receive the payment on your PayPal account. Let me walk you through a quick PayPal integration:

To use any of the payment integrations, you'll need to add the Product List element to your form first:

    • Click on the Add Form Element + menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
    • Under the Basic tab, scroll down and drag and drop the Product List element to your form.

Now, let's connect a payment integration with your form:

    • Again, click on the Add Form Element + menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Payments tab, choose one of the payment options, Iet's choose PayPal for now.
    • In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
    • Now, enter all of the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it. You're done.
