Hi
I have a form I am designing for a home building company. They want their clients to choose appliances, and taps etc for their new homes.
So, for example in the tap choosing section of my form, I imagine a radio button set, and each radio button is connected to an image, heading, SKU and a description of the tap.
What is the best way to build this on Jotform?
Is there any templates like this?
Thanks!

If you want your users to select options using images, then that is possible by using the widgets listed on this page: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/image. To add a widget on your form, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
If you are building an order form, then you can also set images on the products, you can learn more about setting up an order form on these guides:
https://www.jotform.com/help/47-Order-Form-Basics
https://www.jotform.com/help/49-Order-Form-Types
https://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form
If you want the product images to have a pop-up like box, then you can use this widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/product_lightbox after setting up your order form.
I hope that helps.
