I have some questions on features I'm hoping you can help me answer some questions on your platform. Specifically does Jotform allow for some or all of the following:

· Email automation to allow for send outs

· Notifications for when forms complete

· Ability to Pre Populate Elements of the Form from CMS+

· Connection into Business Registry / Postal Addresses webservices

· Have your own dashboard

· Ability to share / workflow

We have a field that allows file uploading/attaching. Please see How to Create Upload Forms.

 

Our Form Builder allows you to design forms with ease. Aside from that, we allow injection of CSS codes to customize that look of your form.

When a form is submitted, you can set the form to send an email notification to yourself or to the submitter of the form. Please see Setting Up Email Notifications.

 

I am not sure about this feature you are looking for but with JotForm, you can create an RSS Report and have them parsed by your own custom XML parser.

 

We also have a widget you can use from eSignatures.

 

If you are into selling products or subscriptions, we have several payment fields you can choose from.

 

Can you give us more details regarding this? We allow prepopulating fields with values from one form to another. Please see Prepopulating Fields to Your JotForm via URL Parameters
