Jotform has made it much easier to run our agency and get documents signed. It’s also been really helpful for staying on top of follow-ups and keeping the process moving forward. I especially like that the system emails us as soon as a document is signed, which makes our follow-up workflow much smoother and more consistent. Another big benefit is being able to upload our own PDFs and send them to clients for signatures. On top of that, we can create forms, copy them as a link, and reuse them whenever we need.
