The power of Jotform comes from its ease of use in building forms, but most importantly, the extent of the integrations that can be used to send data via API to various systems is amazing. I send data to a payment processor to run credit cards, then send the data to my CRM system for order and data tracking. I just started using Jotform, and it is so easy to use. There are templates available; you can create your own or even upload a file to convert the form. I started from a PDF and also built my own. Both were extremely easy. I did have trouble finding the “submit” button, but not because it was hard to see; I just kept scrolling past it.
