If you want to receive an email notification every time your form gets successfully submitted, you can set up a notification email in your form. To learn how to, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
However, if you want your form respondents to receive an email autoresponder after they fill up your form and submitted it, then you can create an autoresponder in your form.
