How to share Inbox as Collaboration

I have 2 forms

- Form A from my friend's account as the builder

- Form B from my account as the builder

How do i access or switching from each inboxes for each forms?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems you're referring to with your colleagues when share your form inbox with them to collaborate. Jotform Inbox allows you to share your inbox with your colleagues to view or collaborate and help manage your form data. Inboxes can be public, private, or available only to those within the company. Let me show you how:

• On your Jotform Inbox page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

• In the Share This Inbox window, click on Settings.

• In the Settings window, click on Private Access. 

• Scroll down the list and click on Collaborator in the Permissions section, and then click on Go Back.
• In the Share This Inbox window, click on Copy Link to share your Inbox page via email or use the Invite By Email option.
