    Hi purfectcorp,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm really sorry that this is happening. I checked your account and saw that you're currently subscribed to our Starter (Free) plan. Note that for Starter plan, you're limited to 500 total submission storage. After the downgrade, old submissions will be automatically deleted to give way for new submissions.

You can restore deleted submissions when you upgrade to a higher-tier plan. As for the forms shown in your screenshot, they're not deleted. They're disabled, that's why you cannot view them. You can also check out this page about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. If you'd like to upgrade, let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing right before your Profile Photo/Avatar.

    4. Tick the I agree to the Terms of Service checkbox, and click on Continue.

If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card, clicking on Continue will open the Credit Card Information window. Enter your card details and click on Complete to make the payment.

    Hi purfectcorp,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I understand how frustrating this is for you, I checked your account, and you have been in Starter plan since October last year. And after downgrading, as what my colleague mentioned above, old submissions will be automatically deleted to give way for new submissions. If you wish to restore deleted submissions, you can upgrade your plan then export your data needed from those disabled forms.

We have a guide about How to Download the Submission Files and How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF that you can check out.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi purfectcorp,

Thanks for getting back to us. Your Total Submission Storage is currently at 503 / 500, and exceeding this limit will delete the oldest form entry to make room for the new submission. You can also verify it in the Total Usage section on your account's Usage page.

Unfortunately, we cannot comply with your request to consolidate all of your submissions into a single form. However, you can use the Export Data feature to export all of your data at once. This allows you to download all of your forms as HTML files, your submission data as a CSV file, and uploaded files, all in a single ZIP file.  Here's how to do it:

    1. Hover to your Profile Picture at the navigation bar, and click your Profile Name. You will be redirected to the Account Settings page.

    2. Go to the Data page.
    3. Click the Download My Data button under the Export Data row.

    4. Select the data you wish to export under the Request a New Export tab.
    5. Click the Prepare My Data To Download button to start the export process.

    6. You will get the following screen after. Click the Got It button to exit and wait for the export to finish. Please keep in mind that the time it takes will depend on the total size of your data. If you have a lot of forms, uploaded files, and submission data, give it time to finish.

    7. Under the Download Your Data tab, you will see the progress of the export request. Click the Show Details link to view the actual progress of the export request.

    8. Once it's finished, you should see the Download link under the Export Data window, and you will also receive an email with the same download link.
