I'm asked to upgrade but I haven't reached my limits

    My account is not accepting any more forms but I have not reached the limit. It says I get 100 forms a year and I am only at 90.

    Hi megarefundstax, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The message that you received on your other account is for the Upload Space limit, which is the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. You're currently using 1.3GB of the 1GB limit of the Upload Space. To free up your upload space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads. Before doing so, try to download the files first as a back-up.

    I followed your steps, deleting and emptying out the trash and my form link is still blocked by the same message. Can you look into this?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I encountered the same issue when viewing the form, but it appears that clearing the form cache resolved the problem, as the "Form Over Quota" message disappeared after doing so.     I have followed your directions and my account i still full and can not use the form. Please assist.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I reviewed your account but couldn't find any limits or usage-related error message, your forms are also both accessible now. Can you share a screenshot of the page where you're getting a message that says you account is still full? Please also confirm whether you're now able to access or view your forms.
