Please advise why when I go to my forms it says I'm almost out of submissions?
As far as I can see I only have a few submissions.

I have checked your account and you're indeed well under the monthly submissions limit, but you are receiving the alert since you are about to reach the submissions storage limit, for free accounts the total submissions you can store in your account is 500, this limit is lifted on any paid plan.
One of the options that you have to resolve this is to upgrade, but alternatively, you may keep on free status, download your submissions and once you have a back up delete them from your JotForm account.

Also, if you pass the 500 submissions on your account, the oldest ones will be automatically deleted and the 500 newest submissions will remain on your account, deleted submissions by this limit can be recovered only if the account is upgraded.
