I got a message saying i am almost out of storage space. I deleted everything, but it's still giving this message. Why?

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I reviewed your account limits, and you almost reached the 1 GB Upload Space limit of your Bronze plan. The combined size of the files uploaded through your Non Breakdown and Breakdown form has now reached 828.25 MB. This would restrict the new submissions your form may receive, which is why our system automatically disabled these forms. I recommend deleting and purging the submissions that include uploaded files/images to free up space, here's how to do that from the Submission Table:

    1. Select the submissions that you want to delete.
    2. Click the Delete button in the upper right of the table.Overlimit: Upload space Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. Click the three dots beside the table's name.
    4. Select Trashed Entries from the menu.Overlimit: Upload space Image 2 Screenshot 51
    5. Check the Select All checkbox in the right panel.
    6. Click the Delete Forever button.
    7. On the modal, click the Delete button.Overlimit: Upload space Image 3 Screenshot 62

You can download the submissions and the submission files if you want to save a copy and not lose any important information. Emptying the Trashed Entries folder will permanently delete the submissions.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you. I just went into every single form and did as you instructed. I still have the message saying storage limit low...

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for getting back to us. I've gone ahead and recalculated your account limits and cleared your form cache. You should not receive any further notifications indicating that you are approaching your limits. To see if the issue persists, try logging out and logging back in. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can clear your form cache from your account after purging your submissions. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
    2. Select Settings.Overlimit: Upload space Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. From the Account Settings, scroll down and look for Form Cache, then select Clear Cache. Overlimit: Upload space Image 2 Screenshot 41

If the issue persists, you can try to troubleshoot by clearing your browser caches and cookies then log out and log back in. You can also try opening your account in another browser. If, after all these, the issue has not been fixed, you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
