Is there an options where I can either have my client pickup or ship? I don't want to add shipping to everyone if the person ordering is local.

    Hi Katie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to adding a shipping cost in your form? If so, yes, you can add a shipping fee to your items. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List field.
    2. Click on the List icon on the right side of the field.
    3. In the menu that comes up, under the Shipping tab, toggle the Enable Shipping option to the On position.
    4. Now, just choose a Charge Basis and define a Shipping Cost. That's it.

The shipping fee will be added after your respondents select an item, just as shown below:

Image 2 Screenshot 41 Screenshot 103We also have a guide about How to Add Shipping Cost to Payment Forms that you can check out. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add shipping rates based on delivery address or location. You can only add a flat rate per order or product. But, as a workaround, you can manually create your products outside the Product list element and use the Multiple Choice element or Single Choice field instead. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down and drag and drop the Multiple Choice Element. How to add shipping rates based on location: of delivery Image 3 Screenshot 114
    3. In your Multiple-choice field, hover your mouse over the Gear icon to open its Properties.
    4. Under the Options tab, scroll down and toggle On the Calculation Values option.
    5. Lastly, set a value (Price) for each of your products. How to add shipping rates based on location: of delivery Image 4 Screenshot 125

Now, you can create another field for your Shipping Address and Shipping rates, you can use Single-choice elements for the location in Canada and the US, and enable the Calculation value, then add value based on the delivery address:

Next, we will add a Form Calculation widget to calculate your Total and we will pass the total amount in the payment field. Please make sure that you integrate your form into one of our Payment gateways.
