Which plan works best for me?

    I am about to renew in jot form and I am wondering if I am on the best plan, most economical plan with job form please advise

    Hi Dee,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you're on Silver yearly and your renewal price is $468. If you want a lower price, you can renew to Bronze yearly instead for $408. You can check the limits and pricing here. If that works for you, here's how you can upgrade your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

    OK, I think I paid for Silver ANNUAL ON 2-24-24. Does that take me toi 2-24-25?

    Or, am I up for renewal in May 2024.


    When I click on pricing IO see a column for Gold and Enterprise only.

    Seems that having Bronze annual would be adequate for me - but now I can't access the other plans.

    1) when is my "due" date?

    2) how to access ALL of the pricing plans?

    Hi Dee,

    Thanks for getting back to us. When I checked our system, I saw that you paid for the Yearly silver plan on February 14, 2024. This means that your next renewal date will be on February 14, 2025. Check out this invoice below:

    You can also check this invoice under your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

    But, if you are trying to downgrade your subscription, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague here. If you encounter any error, please provide us with a screenshot. This guide will show you how to do that.
